Smelly Washing Machine

I thought I'd clean my washing machine as I havnt done it for ages ever
Put it on 60 degrees with some special washing machine cleaning granules.
Well now it stinks! It was fine before😯
Smells like rotten cabbagge.
Any tips what I can do now please? 🙏

Success! The vinegar and bicarb and 90 degrees worked a treat.

Pods are immensely wasteful and liquid is bad for your machine. I have to use liquid as septic tank drainage, use half the recommended quantity. Same for powder, use less and never use fabric conditioner.

Excellent @MintyJulip! Bicarb and vinegar is my absolute go to for all cleaning (also amazing on cleaning window seals/frames haha).
