Posh crockery

My current set is a nice enough Sainsbury's collection of blue and white crockery. A few bowls and plates have chips or are broken now so am looking for a replacement. Ideally porcelain but not plain white. Noting too pompous or pretentious but something that's a bit stylish. I've looked at JL, M&S etc but no joy. I quite like a rim but not gold or platinum / silver.

Where do I find these smart yet unpretentious and dishwasher proof dinner plates?

How about Sophie Conran's white porcelain set? They sell it at Ocado too, I think. But it's too white and not sure about the texture.

I’ve got a couple of pieces from that range and don’t love it. Also, the bowls are very small.

It’s worth buying a single piece before investing in any set I think to make sure you like it. Explains why I have random pieces of crockery from all over the place.

The white set looks ok but not so practical, all those ridges and odd shapes.
