If anyone has jumped on the weighted hula hoop craze.....

Which one do people have - a traditional hoop like the second image or one of those with the weight that spins round like the first?

I tried to use a weighted hula hoop about a year ago and I just couldn't keep it up. I think I was too scared of breaking something with it (they are massive and my house is not!), which didn't help.

I looked at those fitness hoops that attach to your waist a few weeks ago but the reviews were really mixed so I'm wary of parting with cash. I really hate exercise though and anything I can do while standing in one spot sounds right up my street
