Is this classed as irregular periods? Panicking

My period cycles are 28 days one month, then 29 or 30 the next, then may 29 the one after, 28, 30, 29 etc... basically no two months are identical.

Is this classed as an irregular period? I’ve tried to read about it and most sites says varying cycle length is normal by a day or so but then other sites suggest even a day might be irregular. I’m panicking I’m about to hit the menopause or something. I have anxiety generally but at 36 I’m particularly worried about this. It’s not come from anywhere else just this cycle length thing. I’ve only recently started counting the days so I don’t know how long it’s been like this.

Mine are irregular, anything between 26 days and 7 months. That's pcos and yes I needed fertility treatments to get pregnant.

One or two days difference is pretty normal,

I’m over 10 years younger than you so if you’re ‘ageing’ at 36 with your very regular cycle, I dread to think what’s happening to my body with my 31-56 days

Stress can impact your periods so your anxiety may be the cause.

I have two children and my periods would vary from every couple of weeks to months apart.
