What's for dinner tonight?

Inspire me! I have spent all morning trying to work out what to have for dinner and I literally have no idea.

Something quick and simple would be amazing

Beef Stroganoff.

KFC in the services where I've stopped for the night. Fancied noodles but they're shut

Air fryer chimichangas

Chicken Caesar salad with garlic bread.

Omlette with asparagus on the side

Pasta and meatball cheesy bake with warm ciabatta rolls. Yum

Sausage pasta bake

Freezer Surprise. We're running down the freezer prior to defrosting it so we'll probably end up with peas , sweetcorn and apple pie!

Spag Bol 🍝

It should be vegetable stir fry but DH is still working and toddler DS shows no sign of settling so it may well end up being a stir in pasta sauce 😁

Hallumi burgers with red onion, lettuce, tomato and brioche buns.. hot chilli relish. Was lovely

Meatballs with home made tomato and veg pasta sauce and Spaghetti

Sea bass with miso & sesame noodles stir fried with whatever veg I have on hand. Definitely broccoli & spring onion, probably a bit of carrot, maybe pepper. 15 mins start to finish.

Roast baby new Potatoes with herbs lemon tomato and olives

Gravy obvs

I know it's a bit late now but I made crispy chilli beef noodles for us and chicken in creamy garlic sauce for the children, followed by the rest of last night's apple crumble and Greek yoghurt.

DH on nights so just made something quick and easy. Roasted some cherry tomatoes, made a sauce with them and chilli, garlic, mascarpone and a bit of pasta water, linguine and tons of parmesan. I want to eat it again.

Veggie cottage pie with rarebit topping.

Husband made a cooked breakfast.

Sausages, bacon, beans, black pudding, mushrooms, fried egg, toast with butter and a big mug of tea. It was bloody delicious.

Chicken bacon and avocado salad with some chilli chicken kebabs I picked up from co op and a gu lemon cheesecake fancier than I normally make

DW went out with her work team last night, an evening out postponed since March 2020 as their project began at the end of January 2020. They have done so well to gel and deliver amazing work while wfh.

They celebrated. DW needs carbs and a bit of stodge to recover! 😉😊

Lentil and coconut dhal, sag aloo, naan bread, raita.

Honey-soy salmon, wild rice with peas & spring onion, stir-fried pak choi.
