Help - sons driving test tomorrow

Can someone please help, my son has has numerous driving lessons with a proper instructor, due to covid he didn’t have lessons for months so I’ve been taking him out in my car.
Tomorrow is his test day and I’ve googled the route the examiners normally take. On one particular road there’s two lanes and one is a bus lane. I’m fairly sure that as his test is at 10 in the morning that he should use the bus lane but don’t want to tell him wrong and have him fail his test.

Fingers crossed for the apps vegas

Ds2 failed his first time and the apps helped him get a cancellation from the end of august to mid june

His first driving lesson was on his 17th birthday, he is about to turn 18. Driving lessons and tests (like many things with covid) have been a complete pain

Poor love @vegas888 - my 19 y/o is going through a similar time (different trauma, same response/outcome).

People underestimate how fragile 18/19 year olds can be - especially after the last year. They might be legally adult but they're often not 'grown up' and it doesn't take much to knock their confidence. If you've got a resilient, confident teen who can't wait to get out in the world, that's great. But not all are like that. I didn't have a choice, I was shoved out at 18 and had to fend for myself. I did it, and was independent from a young age but it was still hard and I made a lot of poor life choices tjat im still paying for now.

I wish people would try to be a little more flexible in their thinking.

I'm sorry he didn't pass op but good luck to him for his future test. Thanks

Thank you Candy, good to see there is still some genuinely kind, understanding people out there.

I wish he had a male figure he could talk to as his dad doesn’t want to be in his life and hasn’t been for 16 years, he has no brothers, cousins, uncles or grandparents.

He’s a really good looking guy and longs to meet a girl but lacks the confidence and never wants to go out so that’s no going to help.
But thanks again for you kind words. 💐💐💐
