How quick for PCR test results? Anyone had within 24hours?

Just wondering how quick I'll get PCR test results back. Have been told anywhere between 24 hours and 4 days. For business reasons I could really do with knowing sooner rather than later and just wondered if anyone had had them within 24 hours?

I had result in 11 hours

I don't want to be the bearer of bad tidings, but mine took nearly 4 days!

On Friday. Test 9am result 8:30pm. Text and email.

Thank you again for all the responses. Email came at 2am - and it was negative!
