I fancy something new to try so hoping one of you will inspire me.

We're having gammon; not sure whether as a roast or, with egg & pineapple, yet. Golden syrup cake, warm, with ice cream for pudding 😋

Veggie chilli con carnie with jacket potatoes and a dollop of sour cream, might knock up abit of guacamole on the side. I haven't eaten lunch today so my mouth is watering right now!

Roast chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, mash, mashed carrot and swede, roast parsnips, roast cauliflower, broccoli and Yorkshire puddings.
Chocolate sponge pudding and ice cream/custard for pudding.

Home made peri peri chicken burgers with DH special herb mix which I am hoping he doesn't make too hot for toddler DS and curly fries with salad 🥗

Bolognese tonight. Need to book a big batch as we've had the last portion.

Trying to muster up the energy.

Cream cheese and vegetable roll with salad. Then chocolate cake as we are virtually celebrating a relative's 18th birthday.

Crimble crumble

I made a delicious sauce the other day that would go well with your gammon. Mix brown sugar and cornflour, then pour in pineapple juice and heat until thick. Add some savoury flavours (black pepper, salt, chilli etc) to taste.

Toad in the hole, potatoes and green beans with fruit for pudding.

Would usually do a “proper pudding” but we’ve eaten far too much sugar recently, so cut right back this weekend.

Chicken thigh traybake with butternut squash, new potatoes, unpeeled garlic cloves, diced chorizo, carrots, maple syrup and cajun seasoning, with olive oil drizzled over. I can smell it now :)

Rotisserie chicken, ham hock, new potatoes and coleslaw. Pear and dark chocolate torte with cream for dessert.
