We need a dog name....HELP!!

We're getting a dog, a puppy cockapoo. She's beautiful and were totally in love with her but we can not pick a name. If you were getting a female dog, what would you call her? Inspire me

Scout or Poppy.

I'm a groomer and unless you want several dogs in the park running to you when you call her name then don't pick Luna, Poppy, Milly, Molly, Maisie or Lola.

Also think of how it'll be shortened and how it sounds with commands, a friend recently called her dog Ida so at dog training "Ida down" is eiderdown! Similar to "Ben down".

We've a cockapoo boy and should we get him a sister she'll be either a Mabel, Martha or Betsy. You're in for a real treat OP they're the most wonderful loving dogs.

The only downside to having one is how In demand they are nowadays, so watch her like a hawk - sorry to sound like a misery. I just know how much attention ours gets, and how heartbroken I'd be if, well you know...

Peggy or Scout. Def not Molly or Luna as nice but SO popular. I know a lovely lady spaniel called Pippin too and, apparently, linguistically, that's a strong name in terms of the dog's ability to react to its name being called.
