What day is best for a cleaner

We're getting a cleaner, wahoo!

What day would you say is best? I'm torn between a Monday after the weekend or the Friday before...

Used to have a Friday but the house is a pit again so quickly whereas in the week it stats cleaner for longer so I moved to Tuesday. You also have to tidy up beforehand and I'm off Monday so it suits me to tidy round then.

I would love to get a cleaner but I feel a bit wary letting a stranger have a key to my house. Do your cleaners have keys and come in when the house is empty?

I have keys for 2 houses. However, my third customer has a key safe outside and cctv. She's given me the code for the safe and I return it to the safe when I leave. The code can also be changed regularly if you wish. That could be an option?

Tuesday. Pre covid my day off when I was home alone was Wednesday and I could bake or read in a spotless house.
