I handed in my notice a couple of weeks ago and I'll be leaving 2 weeks from tomorrow.
I have been flitting from it was the right decision to make to shit what the fuck have done!
It's been a really really hard decision to have made and now I think I would like to not leave. I feel really stressed about the whole thing and I think I regret it! I've never felt like this before leaving a job so that's a warning sign, right?
Do you think it's too late!

I've accepted a retraction before. I knew the person was had resigned for valid reasons but her job offer had fallen through. She was a fine employee (not exceptional but likeable and got on with things) so it was easy to say yes. Would have been spiting myself to say no as even if we only got another 6 months out of her, it still benefited.

My boss however was an asshole about it. She made her jump through all sorts of hoops once back and held it over her head.

What reason did she give for resigning? I have said health.

Because she had another job offer. I was close to her as her manager and knew she was fed up with how the organisation was run (with good reason) so there was no bad feeling.
