Does anyone buy melatonin online?

If so, where do you buy it from, and do you recommend it? For an adult, not a child. Thanks in advance

I’ve bought melatonin when I’ve been in the US and it definitely helps me fall asleep but not stay sleep. I usually feel really groggy in the morning after taking it.

How long do you have to take it for? Does it work straight away or build up over time? What dose would you recommend I start with?

What do fast dissolve ones do that others don't?

Just had an email to say they've shipped. Let's see how long they take to get here. The 3mg ones I had were sent from Germany and took about a week I think, but these are coming from America.

Does anyone have information about customs charges. Been looking at Piping Rock coming from USA it just has a vague message customs charges may be payable. Was looking to spend around 15.00 if it makes a difference

last lot i bought was about a week delivery, was longer last year but realised this and i had ordered early
