Starting this thread as I need a distraction - one of our beloved bunnies died on Sunday 🐇❤️He was really poorly but we were hoping he would turn a corner. I would feel a bit better if he was old but he was only 3, bless him. We’re keeping a close eye on his mate & hoping to adopt a buck from the RSPCA. I’m sitting in glorious sunshine on the front step, thinking that a week ago I was doing the same thing & then I discovered that our bun bun was ill. Just finished reading a “ Miss Read” book. I read quite a few of her novels some years ago & enjoyed them, so I might order a few from the library. DD12 is on the laptop, looking at Shein clothes. She could start her own shop but still wants more! The trouble is a lot of her stuff is piled up in wash baskets or in our room so she doesn’t know how much she’s got. I need a trip to the charity shop as you can get 4 items for £1. DD has had her tea & I’m making pasta bake ( well, using a Dolmio carbonara sauce) for me & DH later. He’s just got back from a long bike ride. Not much on tv so might research a box set on Netflix. Recommendations welcome! We recently watched The Queen’s Gambit & before that The Crown.

@Elderflower14
Yes me too. I thought we were the better team and I’m proud of the boys and the shift they put in. We now only need to win 1-0 at home which is a bit less pressure. Or even a 0-0 draw but I hope it’s more interesting than that 😃

I've just finished assembling a teepee for DDs birthday tomorrow, dh is currently trying to assemble a slide and a trampoline while the dog supervises!
Both DDs are fast asleep, quiet, happy little household!
