DHL parcel - notification of delivery but not arrived.

I'm expecting a parcel from DHL. Had a text with a 1 hour time slot which came and went. Checked the tracking to see it has updated to "delivered" and signed for with "my surname ".

There is a "view event on map " option, which shows a house about a mile away

Not sure what to do. Is it likely the driver signed for himself to meet the time slot? (Although the time signed was midway through the slot)

Go and knock on the door?

Theres no way the address could be mistaken.

Contact customer services.

I work for DHL Express, I'm not sure if yours is DHL Parcel (which is a different company) but at my work we'd send the driver back to find it and redeliver correctly.

Thank you its DGL Parcel. I didn't want to go out in case the driver still had it and was running late

Definitely call their customer services. Hopefully they'll be able to help you.

If you know where it is, you can maybe leave a note on the door to leave it in a safe place for the driver if he is coming later?

I do know where it is i think, so sm going to try and track it down shortly. Really annoying, the address isn't remotely similar.
