What to do with left over beef?

I have about 400g of left over topside beef from a roast yesterday. It’s beautiful meat but DH and I don’t like cold beef and I’m struggling to know what to do with it. Any ideas? Thanks

If you don't like it cold then I'd do a stir fry or pasta dish.

Ohohoh just remembered, cottage pie made with left over beef that's been roasted is lush. Don't cook the meat so long obv.

Salt and pepper crispy beef with stir fried veg maybe curry sauce.
