I have some stilton, no-one else eats it so I need recipes for one. I used some to make broccoli and stilton pasta which was amazing 🤤 But what else can I make with it? There are so many possibilities!

Melt it in the oven with figs and eat with freshly baked bread- yum!

Pour some honey on too (before baking)

Just ate some totally spectacular brocolli, cauliflower and Stilton soup so I’d find a recipe for some of that 🤤

I like stilton sandwich. Lettuce/strawberry jam/stilton. Lovely. Also love it on salad, stew, pasta.

Stilton on toast! 😍

I don’t get the ‘bin it’ comments, unhelpful 🙄
Stuffed mushrooms.
Pop it in chicken breast or thigh meat and wrap in prosciutto.
With crackers and chutney.
Cheese sauce for either cauliflower cheese or for on top of a steak.

It's very good melted over steak. Buy yourself one and have a treat.

I added some leftover Stilton to a macaroni cheese I made last night, along with some cheddar and Red Leicester. It was lovely!
