Jacket potato toppings

What do you have on your jacket potatoes? Need something reasonably healthy. Dont like beans. Tuna and sweetcorn & prawns in seafood sauce is all i can think of!

Philadelphia and Marmite

Cottage cheese and sweetcorn is my favourite or cream cheese if cottage isn't your thing

Chilli & cheese is definitely a good option if you don't like beans

(For me it's always beans and cheese though and to make it even better sausages on the side!)

Coronation Chicken or Houmous are my favourites.

Upgrade your tuna and sweetcorn by adding finely diced peppers and gherkins.
Or homemade apple slaw

YY to beans and any kind of potato-mash, jacket or chips-makes me heave, especially if you add cheese to the mix...vile.

And black olives in the tuna..

Refried beans and guacamole (possibly better on baked sweet potatoes!).

Or scoop out the flesh, mix with fried onions and mushrooms, top with cheese and grill.

Coleslaw.
Chilli and sour cream.
Bolognese sauce.
Chicken curry.

Chicken apple and spring onion in mayo

I either have tuna and spring onion, or Greek salad on mine.

Egg mayo. Sounds odd but it really works
