Anyone else having trouble?

I have been unable to use the app since Last night. I uninstalled and reinstalled this morning and I'm having to reset my password but my account is still in the "waiting period " whatever that means.

Has anyone else had trouble signing in?

I just tried the chat bot then the final suggestion was an "email us " which I clicked on and it took me straight back to the outlook home page.

I'm genuinely stuck now

Make a new account to email them from.

This is why I don't use the apps for Facebook or Hotmail. They're more trouble than they're worth.

Mine is fine now.

There doesn't appear to be a direct way fo email them.

I originally requested Password reset and gave them an alternative email address I received the codes etc but no link to reset email. How long should it take?

I have the same problem, cant Google anything either and use some other apps keep crashing

I had the same issue so following advice online went into the play store and updated Chrome and found Google Android web view in my apps and cleared all data from it - this seems to have stopped the problem...

Well I tried that number. Went through the numbered options only to he directed to the same Web page I've already used 😖

Oh bumwipes that's not good. Have you got another email you could email them from? Husband/partner/mum?

I have another address that I used to get the recovery codes. I guess I'll have to wait til tomorrow and see if a link appears.
