Yea please...Health problems and redundancy meant I had to move in with family during lockdown and am really missing my old life, my own space, my old energy. Just getting me down this week.

Yep. Usually ok but v flat this wkend. Husband seems down, well he is, not seems. Kids friendships dont seem to be as strong as they were either.
Also doing some training and feeling out of my depth.
But pleased spring is finally here and looking forward to being able to see my parents and having a few family days out soon.

@AcornAutumn thank you - actually made me cry (needed to!) Am so fortunate to have family to fall back on but just been feeling a bit trapped. Feeling a bit better now though

I hate crying, it never makes me feel better but I'm glad if it helped you.

Yep, my birthday today, the second one in lockdown. I feel tired and flat. Nothing to do and nowhere to go.

I'm so fed up.
I've no motivation, bad anxiety and needing to start my whole life over as I've been dumped after 24 years. I've lost my job. All I've ever known and loved is working in aviation and that's not happening anymore.
I'm just so lost, lonely and fed up.
I've no idea what to do with myself.

Feeling v low at the moment. Had to take a week off due to covid scare, dd’s school phoned to tell me I was a crap mum because dd drew me as a stick figure but did a lovely picture of her dad.

yep, been feeling off for quite a while, got a lot on my mind...woke up ok ish but then got worse as the day went on, almost to panic attack level.

Feeling low too. Over things after a year of restrictions and a crap marriage.

How is every one doing?
