I love to bake but don't always have time - I can't do decorated cakes but I'm good at scones, and stuff like coffee and walnut cake or Victoria sponge.

These were done at DHs request as he does love a homemade scone. Apparently, Wales are more likely to win the rugby on days I bake

My dad was welsh and a big Rugby fan . I always quietly support Wales for him, even against England .

Hello! Just sticking my head in on my way to bed. I’m knackered!! I couldn’t bake a month ago. Now I’ve got about 150 home made buns and tray bakes in my kitchen. I hope people come! And I hope my little domestic coffee machine copes! We’ve put laminated posters all over the footpaths around here, hoping to catch some walkers. Lots of “neighbours” have said they’re coming. They sound like they’re coming to a party. Hope we don’t end up with a crowd and the Covid Police here!! Got loads of fab raffle prizes that people have donated. Just dropped the glass one and smashed it! Feels nice to be doing something a bit different after nearly a year of furlough.

If nobody comes I’ll post the cakes out to you all!
