Tonight we are having minestrone with cheese on toast.

Tomorrow a steak and kidney pie with brussels, parsnips and mashed potato.

Sunday - I like something light and easy in front of the tv. Possibly breakfast for dinner, so baked beans, eggs and sausages.

Tonight - fillet steak, salsa verde and potato and garlic gratin

Tomorrow - butter chicken. A Maunika Gowardhan recipe. It's to die for.

Sunday - Roast chicken & co

I am completely rethinking what the Mothers day menu ought to be. I like the idea of ordering in a nice afternoon tea!

PurpleDaisies I define Wednesdays by when the McDonalds breakfast menu ends! (I have a day off on Wednesdays and do the school run, take the dogs for a walk and as soon as the breakfast ends I hot foot it to McDs for a Big Mac) Blush Grin

Grin I love this! McDs gets a rough time on here and it’s nice to see a bit of appreciation.

I love McDonalds. Always reliable, always good quality and clean IMO. (I'd have Big Tasty every week fi it were not for the 800 calories!).

Tonight I’m having aubergine curry from a HelloFresh box. Ds doesn’t like aubergine so will probably have a ready meal (I swapped weekends with exh after already doing the meal plan). Saturday I usually avoid cooking so probably leftovers. I might do pancakes with bacon and maple syrup for Sunday brunch, then something easy for tea, and a movie night with ds.

Tonight: bacon and mushroom orzo with garlic focaccia
Saturday: homemade lamb doner kebabs
Sunday: pie & chips

You wouldn’t because they get taken off the menu every time there is a special on .
