Playmobil pandemic in our house part 4

This is a continuation of previous threads as I will be posting some more scenes of the Playmobil pandemic over forthcoming days and the previous thread is almost full.

Anyone else for some lovely Playmobil? If not, I might conclude this thread soon, and wait for the next event in Playmoland (whatever that may be).

Thank you SoMuch for all the lovely scenes over the last year - it’s been a joy to escape to Playmoland! I’m looking forward to the next Big Event, whatever that may turn out to be!

Ah, thanks Avenging, It has been a lot of fun (and a bit of a diversion from real life) to create these scenes. As you probably know, I work in a hospital, and things are still very stretched (not too much Covid at the moment but seriously short of staff, due to self-isolation/people leaving etc). I'm sure it's not like that in Playmoland!

Always up for new Playmobil scenes! But I do appreciate that they must take a lot of time to plan and set up, so if you’d rather pack up for now and wait for the next Big Event I will await it too!

Ah, Squash I'll try to remember to update this thread when I start a new one!

Work is a bit crazy right now - we're not a Covid ward but are very short of staff and the weather has been boiling! We don't have any aircon, so the temperature last Sunday on the ward was 27 degrees C. That's with wearing a mask all day and putting on apron and gloves for every patient interaction.

Thursday was also very hot, but I was so busy I didn't get to look at the thermometer! Didn't get an afternoon/evening break, left work late...

Fortunately have a few days off now, and enjoying time with ds when he's not out sailing!

27' sounds awful! Our house got up to about 25 & I was sweating working from home sat in front of a fan which was hard enough, I don't know how you don't pass out 😱

Not much changed over the rest of the summer and the autumn, but now there is a new variant of Covid-19 in Playmoland, it's mandatory again to wear masks in shops and on transport.

Daniella and Magdalena run a boutique. They are wearing their masks and awaiting the first customers of the day.

Emilia likes a nice hat. She tries on this pink one.

Kirsten is looking at the bags.

She chooses a turquoise one, and pays with contactless.

Two men come into the shop. They aren't wearing masks.

When Daniella and Magdalena remind the men they should be wearing masks, one of the men kicks up a big fuss. While he is arguing with them, the other man steals some jewellery.
