Yes, last year Elise was pleased to find some in the grocery store!

I've always thought that, should I be on Desert Island Discs, my luxury will be an infinite toilet roll stockpile. I'm always baffled by people choosing anything else, really!

(Do you have the Playmo Desert Island - from pirates, I think? Castaways with their favourite items might be a good scene!)

We do have a desert island. It featured in the 2019 Playmo summer holidays thread, when the cruise ship passed it.

Thank you! I didn't get round to any scenes today, as ds had commandeered the dining table, so I did some gardening instead until it got too cold. Tomorrow I'm meeting up with petalpower and Tuesday meeting with another friend, then back to work Weds and Thurs. So it will probably be a week or so before I do any more.

I love the petrol station! Also rather enjoyed @KOKOagainandagain 's fantasies!

Ah, have been watching bits of Prince Philip's funeral today. I try to make Playmoland reflect the real world, but couldn't bring myself to lose one of our royal family. It would be too sad.

No, we definitely don't need a Playmo funeral, it's a nice break to visit so it can't be too sad.

Are the children heading back to school? Now the weather is improving hopefully people will be visiting the beach & park

The people may be heading back to the beach and park...

...but not until I've done my spring cleaning! Trying to get it done while ds is back at uni for a couple of weeks.

Looking forward to some new scenes when you get time.

As it's coming to the next ease of restrictions, is it time for staycations again? Trips to the sea? Sports? Or meeting friends (6) for an outside socially distancing bbq?
And what are the jelly heads up to?

Thank you for the great ideas! I'll post something in a couple of weeks when I have got the spring cleaning sorted. In the meantime ds will be returning on Friday night, so will be good to see him.

I have now finished most of the spring cleaning, just the porch etc to do, so hopefully I'll have time to make a scene tomorrow.

In the meantime I'm sure some of you would like to wish a happy 10th wedding anniversary to the Duke and Duchess of Ruggington.

I forgot the Playmo people would also have an anniversary today!

I had forgotten until I was reminded by my FB Memories thing showing a photo from 19 years ago today. It wasn't of the happy couple though, it was of the crowd lining the procession route, with police officers etc!

Ah yes, we made those and still keep them in a box, so we can get them out for special events. I'm sure that Geraint and Gwyneth put a couple on the front of their house for the VE Day celebrations last year.
