They've obviously never heard the 'no publicity is bad publicity' line.

I wonder if companies have a 'going viral' alert, something that pops up if there is a particular search more than a certain number of times in 10 minutes, or more than a certain number of click-throughs from the same website (eg Mumsnet). It would make sense to have some sort of an alert so that you can correct it if it's negative or know that you might need to increase stock of certain items if it's positive.

The Range used to be one of my go to stores. I will be going to it no longer based on them unnecessarily staying open while other shops have had to close and having made no moves to pay back the money gained from the business rates holiday as other companies have done. As a wise poster has previously said on this site - no one needs to go to The Range.

I go to the range occasionally for things for my pets because what I get there is cheaper than pets at home.
