Job interview and I feel completely overwhelmed

Got an interview for a dream job really similar to my current but much more senior.
I didn’t think I’d secure an interview but I have next week.
I couldn’t sleep last night already panicking about the sheer volume of work that needs doing beforehand.
I need to prepare a ten minute presentation and prep for job- numerous strategies and documents I need to go through.
I’ve huge deadlines in current role for this week and next.
And I’ve got 2 children I’m desperately trying to entertain.
I’m so nervous I’m going to embarrass myself at this interview it’s making want to cancel,I don’t think I’ll get it- I made myself sound really good on application but don’t think I can match that confidence to pull off the interview.
If by some miracle I actually got it think I’d be sick with nerves!
The money would be life changing for our family though so i feel pressured to do well. I’d jump from 24k to 42k so it would make a big difference.

Good luc k OP! You can do this! I would make a list of all the strategies you need to cover, then subcategorise as needed. Then one step at a time- go through tasks one by one. Reread, edit and check content. List of likely questions and STAR answers next. Read up on company website and mission statement as well. Then think of your usp’s , areas of expertise and go sell yourself!

My Dh is off this weekend which will give me two days. I’m kind of wishing I’d not been shortlisted now would be easier.

Come on OP, don’t give up now They obviously saw something in your Apple that makes them want to interview you. I appreciate the prep might seem daunting but you can do it Ok, maybe you won’t get the job but you have to go all out and try if you really want it. I didn’t think I stood much chance in getting the job I have now but here I am, having beaten over 150 other people Best of luck

Thank you the feedback I got was the presentation was slightly too operational not strategic enough and on 2 questions I didn’t score as highly as the person they’ve appointed.
But she did say there will be another job advertised soon - as I’m assuming the internal candidate was successful and it’s his role. She said she would be love me on the team and to apply for it but it’s 10k a year less and I’m not sure if I will.
