No we had to get rid of the hens a couple of years ago, we got overrun with rats. That’s why I always forget to buy eggs, they always used to just be there! (the rats left within days of the hens going)

Talking of hens, I know the woman who was the main chicken's voice in Chicken Run!!! She's a Scottish actress. Also, I don't know her brother but he was the Saturday Live TV host (or similar in the US for years)

I feel like they have to be lemon and sugar on pancake day. Not keen on savoury ones and other sweet ones become crepes in my mind! But obviously I’m no authority, I didn’t even get the eggs in!
