Been walking up hills today trying to get some blubber off that I’ve piled on since Xmas. I had to sit down halfway and I think both dogs thought I was dying. They ran back all anxious and kept cuddling me and licking me!

Yes there have been some lovely skies lately. If you squint at the skyline you can see Manchester in the distance.

It does look a bit Wuthering Heights. That’s not a million miles away. It’s a war memorial up on the hilltop. Everyone walks up on Remembrance Sunday, it feels a really moving service up there somehow.

Yes Dexter it’s a place near Haworth, on the moors north of Bradford. Quite similar countryside to here.
