I can't think what song it is ... it turns into 'can't get used to losing you' by The Beat...

Honey - I have found that when I've managed to reduce the amount of sugar I eat that I'm actually less hungry . It's something I would struggle with completely though . Good luck with it as it's definitely a positive thing to do.

I am going to focus on increasing the amount of fruit and veg I eat so it makes up half my plate .

My dog Dexter is very dark. Sometimes at night, we need something from the fridge in the garage. Ddog has a habit of walking on his pads, so he's very quiet.
Having brought whatever in from the fridge and locked it up, we hear a plaintive whining and barking.
Yup, the sod followed us out and as it was dark, like him, we don't see him..so when we hear that noise we say 'Dexter's locked in the shed again!' He's very cute though.
