What is for dinner?

We are having slow roasted pork with prunes and apples. And roast potatoes and brussel sprouts.

I have separated the skin so i can make it into crackling.

I cannot wait.

Roast chicken, roasted carrots and onions, mash, green beans.

Pork steaks in honey, garlic, chilli sauce with noodles

Sausage pepper and mixed bean cassorole, baked potato and tender stream broc.

Hm mango and banana whip for pud

Baked camembert.

A smoked fish pie with garlic peas (courtesy of Gousto 👍).

Have to say, since I started using Gousto in September, I've loved trying out so many new things...Sunday is my favourite day now, when my box arrives 🤣

Thanks @Ragwort I'm proper funny with meat. I'm glad to know it's not going to waste and I don't need to try and stuff everyone's face with chicken sarnies tonight

I had that last night. So good.

I was lacking in inspiration today so it’s tuna pasta bake. (Tomato based sauce, I don’t like creamy based tuna pasta!)

We had quiche (not homemade) and salad

Keema curry with home made chips and rice followed by left over chocolate pudding that DH and DS made yesterday.

Hunters chicken, mash, veg.

Chicken laksa with loads of veg in it.

Ham salad baguettes :-)

Cold roast gammon, bubble & squeak and a fried egg.

Dominoes

Chicken parmagiano with tagliatelle tonight.

Pancakes afterwards.

My teens are taking it in turns to cook this week as we ordered Hello Fresh. Last night my son made a Sezchuan (sp!) pork and green bean stir fry and tonight my daughters making chicken and sweet potato burrito bowls.

Pancake day. DS is doing food tech so has been asked to make savoury pancakes. He's doing chicken, bacon & mushroom in a creamy chicken sauce.

Who cares about the main course when it is Pancake Day!!!!
