My dermal piercing is infected (TMI GROSS PIC WARNING)

Obviously nowhere is open! It's killing me and has a load of gunk underneath it (I think) I am going to have to try take it out but I'm wincing! I've got salt water and savlon. Er, help? Sorry if wrong topic.

@Littlesilverbird I have used (black) charcoal dressings/poultices many times with fantastic results, most notably on a horribly infected horse-fly bite I had, for which I was prescribed several different courses of antibiotics (including matched ones). Eventually got referred to dermatology clinic but had already started with charcoal dressings beforehand in desperation. My wound was looking good by time of appointment. The derm thoroughly approved of the treatment.
You can Google how to do them - once you have the necessary items, it's a doddle.
The only caveat I would say is they really draw infection out so you go from hot gungy/red lump to a crater - got a shock first time it happened to me. Healed very well though - no craters were left.Smile
Have used them on my children v successfully without needing antibiotics.

Charcoal? That is interesting. I'm sure this will happen again Grin so I will keep that in mind!
Yes chebby one of them plays up often, the other never
They're like, a cm apart. Who knows why but that's how it is! :)

I'd whack a bread poultice on it. Salty as you can.
