How do I get rid of them?

I found them on Wednesday in everything, have thrown out all flour and everything else they had got in.

I have cleaned the cupboard 5 times so far and I still keep finding more?

Cupboard is still empty, everything that wasn't infested is cleaned and in a sealed box and on the other side of the kitchen from infested cupboard.

I need to go shopping this evening for replacements but don't want to risk putting anything back in that cupboard yet.

How can I get rid of them once and for all?

I did. By moving house. Replaced them with mice, silverfish and carpet beetles :/

Yes I did, I put all new food items in the clicky lidded storage boxes and just dettoled the cupboards out multiple times a day.

@RainbowRaine how long did it take for you to stop finding any? I am going through it now and I feel rock bottom.

It took probably a good 2 months of endless cleaning. I pretty it took less time than that but I became a bit obsessed 😂 and it took me probably another few weeks before I was willing to put anything back in the cupboards. Everything in the cupboards now lives in clip lock boxes and air tight jars and the flour lives on the side where I can see it.
Don’t give up, it’s horrible and seems never ending and it’s incredibly disheartening to feel like your not getting anywhere but you will get there
