Just stop. It has rained every day for what feels like for FUCKING EVER. I am sick of muddy fucking shoes making a mess in my hall. I am sick of being slightly damp and always cold every FUCKING TIME I go for a bastarding bloody boring shitty walk. I am tired of the irritatingly smug fucking pitter patter which is the earworm that might very well make me pull a Van Gogh.

ENOUGH FUCKING RAIN. Things aren't shit enough for you, weather controlling deity? Huh? You really have to stick the fucking boot in by pissing on our heads every day?

Is there a department I can complain to? There must be someone who has some clout.

I'm sick of it, especially as it's makign various damp patches appear on the walls and yes, not been out for walks because anywhere vaguely bucolic around her has become a sucking swamp.

I have a toddler and a baby, getting out every day keeps me reasonably sane but I can't take it anymore!! I have a double buggy but the toddler HATES the raincover so it's a fight to get it on and keep his feet under it. Then after walking about in the sodding rain it's a pain drying everything off once home.

Oh what I would do to sit in a cafe and drink a cup of coffee while they slept in the buggy rather than push it around in the sodding rain 😢

YANBU everything can just fuck off at the moment. Its utterly miserable. Is there a sun dance or something we can do.

I'm praying that we get a nice spring and summer. I'm going to go insane if I don't get some sun at some point. I couldn't get abroad if travel was allowed at the moment, but knowing we can't leave the country is somehow making it worse.

Oh god im so sick of the rain, washing the dog off everytime he steps foot out the door and the bloody climbing frame we bought them for christmas just looking ate through the window saying "id give you hours of peace if only i wasnt so bloody wet your children would slid from the top of me into the back of the house causing more screaming for you to listen too" im done i just want to sit in softplay with a hot chocolate, cake and pretend the 3 feral children killing each other arent mine.

Where do I sign up to this anti-precipitation party?

What's our campaign strategy? Do we have permission to glare at anyone who says "there's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes"? Can we jam the zips of their puddle-suits right up, or is that going too far?

Please don't mention sitting in a (whisper) C. A. F. E 😭 I miss it so so so so much. That was my 30 minutes of peace, once a week I would go, sit, drink a latte and read. Now I haven't been alone in my house for a year, there's always someone here with me, I have no where to go and it's always fucking raining and cold.

Permission to glare granted, ratified and generally given Approving Glances. Puddle suit zip jamming only if we resort to guerilla tactics.

Promise I’m not a posh twat (and decidedly not rich!) but I am fed up of my horse slogging through mud in the field and hurting himself yanking his oversized feet out of the holes. He’s old, he has arthritis, he doesn’t need this. And some arsehole drove over the verge on the road outside my house and left 6 inch bloody tyre tracks! It’s just stupid to drive over a grass verge when the ground is so soggy.

I’m sick of sinking into the field when I walk the dog and yeah, all the associated filth, wetness, the floor will never recover!

I have to go out in it now to get DD from work. I have only just dried my hair. Yes I'll be driving but it's the principle of it that matters.

I wish those plastic rain hoods my grandma used to carry in her handbag in the 1970s would make a come-back. I'd wear them. They'd be given out free at the party conference.

Well you're lucky it's raining. Where I live it hasn't rained for 300 years and I have to lick my cactus plant for moisture.

I can trump your pain because I’m trying to build a house in all this rain. With a load of tradesmen that won’t work in the rain. Does it usually rain this much? I feel like the amount of rain that’s happened this year is some kind of karma for my previous sins.

Good God yes! Stop raining and snowing! I think it’s rained nonstop since October The garden is like a muddy squelching sponge. We’re due to have building work starting at the beginning of next month, I’m dreading what it will be like when the digger turns up

We have horses and OMG the mud, the rain! Everything is damp, their rugs won’t dry off properly and everything is so much harder

I get wet every time I leave the house
