Really dry inside nose - covid?

Today I have the weirdest sensation inside my nose. It feels really dry and uncomfortable. Exactly like when you wake up on a plane after a long haul flight. When I googled it it comes up as an early symptom of covid. Has anyone else had this as a symptom of covid?

I had covid and my nose felt like it was burning inside and my sinuses felt the same. I also had very sore eyes that even hurt to the touch. Horrible sensation.

It's negative!! Just a weird sore nose situation.
