I got one from Amazon for Christmas, love it. Think I might wear it too much now 🤣

OwlWearingGlasses · 25/01/2021 15:59

Cheaper alternative. Always.
Including food shopping!

Love my Oodie, had it for Christmas, but it stank like sweaty armpits, hadn't been worn but perhaps due to the factory process. Washed it and it's fine, so snuggly and toasty I love it!

Thanks for all the comments. Ordered a cheapie from Amazon, will report back...

Sienna from Amazon, £25, like wearing a teddy bear fleece duvet. Much cheaper than an Ooodie and arrived within 2 weeks. I didn't care about the patterns though.

Oodie has £25 off first order discount on its website

I got a Kuddly for Christmas, I bloody love it. Really thick and super soft.

I bought DS3 a cheapie Amazon special beginning of lockdown, he has lived in it ever since.

The Sherpa ones on Amazon are really good. Great quality, very warm and wash well.

DD and I have cheapy ones from Amazon, we also have a cold house. I definitely wouldn't want it to be any thicker or we'd roast to death. I think they were about £20 each. Couldn't justify the Oodie prices when these are more than sufficient

I have a cheap one from Amazon. Love it. Fleece lined.

I've just bought another Amazon cheapie but it's not fleece lined but it is knee length. So swings and roundabouts.

I got niece and nephew an oversized fleece hoodie for Christmas, they were totally fine, however, when our four Oodies I ordered as a Christmas present finally arrived, they are waaaay better. Baggier, longer, softer fleece and better top fabric. I did get four at a huge discount though as I ordered back in September when they had a deal on. I also got a partial refund from them as they were so delayed - only arrived last week, so basically got four Oodies for GBP130.00. However the long lead time you know about when you order them but the additional delays were caused by hold ups at Felixstowe, which were widely reported, and they wouldn’t usually take so long.

Cheap one from Amazon has been fine

Heated throw. You'll never look back.
