What's cooking, good looking?

I've woken up in a baking mood. So I've made:

Toffee cake with apple buttercream
Banoffee flapjacks

I might make a quiche later.

Anyone else baking or cooking anything nice today?

I'm quite enjoying having more time too cook. I made toad in the hole for dinner last night and am making sweetbsnd sour chicken tonight. We made flapjacks today too.....

I made cheese scones this morning and will be doing a chicken, leek and bacon bake with broccoli and green beans for dinner.

Tomorrow's going to be a bit of a blitz in the kitchen. I'll be putting a joint of pork in the slow cooker overnight for pulled pork for tomorrow's dinner, then in the morning I'll be making a lemon drizzle sandwich cake, shortbread, scones, and some red lentil hummus.

Oooh Gliblet - I'm doing overnight pulled pork as well! What are you doing with yours?

Today I made a sausage and pasta dish with spinach - easy and quick.

Yay, dinner buddies @iklboo It's getting rubbed all over with brown sugar, chilli, cinnamon, salt and cumin, going into the slow cooker on a bed of sliced onions and garlic, and getting about 6 hours in the slow cooker. We'll have it with brioche buns, hash browns and steamed greens.
