We are having:

• slow cooked lamb shanks which I have never tried cooking myself before.

• chicken and ham pie made and sold at our lcoal buthcer shop.

Lunch tomorrow will be proper bavrarian frankfurters with potato salad.

Today we are having turkey in a cream sauce, with sautéed mushrooms, leeks and garlic plus mini roast potatoes.

Tomorrow we will have pork belly with red cabbage, roast parsnips, peas and dauphinoise potatoes.

Lunch homemade Red pepper and chickpea soup and wm roll.

Dinner pizza, garlic bread and salad

Pudding chocolate fondue with fresh fruit.

Tomorrow

Breakfast (early) berries and yoghurt

Brunch tomato, bacon, kale pancakes and banana bread with spiced date butter

Dinner chicken Stew and parmsen dumplings.

Lunch today was grilled ham and cheese sandwiches for the adults with a salad "tasty" with sunflower seeds, cucumber, a sort of cubed feta cheese.. For dc1 sausage, macaroni, broccoli. Dc2 chicken risotto.

Dinner tonight will hopefully be Lancashire hotpot. Dc1 had ham cheese sandwich. Dc2 babease

Lunch tomorrow hopefully chicken roast, Brussels sprouts, broccoli.

Oh and bream for tomorrow night dinner hopefully

Roast pork loin, roast potatoes,mashed swede,cauliflower cheese,Brussel sprout tops , Yorkshire puds and peas tomorrow for dh birthday lunch followed by Birthday cake with dfil ( in a bubble- he's 93)

Had a McDonald’s for lunch as a treat after a covid test (sent via the Zoe app) it was the first time I’d driven my car since Monday as DS wasn’t well midweek and we all had to isolate until his negative result came back yesterday. So was good to escape the house-even if it was to drive to Slough to get a covid test Just had sausages, broccoli and potato bake for dinner, waiting for the Tesco man to come who is delivering ice lollies! Tomorrow we’ll probably have cinnamon toast bites for breakfast, then I’ve ordered posh pizza express pizza for dinner. I’ll also do some baking I imagine.

Lunch today was homemade granary rolls with butternut squash and chilli soup.
Dinner tonight will be an experimental chicken Katsu curry using a Good Food recipe.
Tomorrow’s lunch is Jamie’s roast tikka chicken.
Everyone can sort themselves out tomorrow evening!

Tonight is homemade curry and naan made by Dh.
Tomorrow is roast chicken and all the trimmings.

We do definitely have weekend meals and weekday meals - Sunday is usually something a bit more traditional like a roast, a pie, casserole. A meat, potatoes and veg meal. We usually have a 'proper' pudding on a Sunday as well - usually crumble made by ds1.

Today was scrambled egg and beans on toast for brunch, chicken and mushroom soup and bread for dinner for DH and I (dieting), tuna and olive pasta bake for the teenagers

Tomorrow will be pastries for brunch (apricot and almond for DS1, bacon and cheese turnovers for DH and DS2, muesli for me) then dinner will be toad in the hole for the boys, DH and I will have trout fillets with spiced squash and pomegranate quinoa salad.

Italian from a restaurant (DH gone to collect and ill need to reheat as its a 15 mile round trip)

Tomis a fry up

Tonight is chicken creamy onion sauce on a bed of fettucine, our family celebration or damn the torpedoes meal - we feel the need.

Tomorrow is home-made fish and chips, with peas and coleslaw.

Tonight is imam bayaldi and a big mixed salad, tomorrow will be moules et frites and a green salad. Lunch is almost always brunch food at the weekend here, today was eggs, roasted squash, broccoli and haggis.
