Where in the UK can I find banana peppers?

Always bought them when I was in the states and can't find them anywhere since coming home (amongst other amazing food). I can't even get them from any of the American supply stores as all they seem to sell is candy and chips!

I've never heard of them but they look somewhat similar to the pickled ones you get in a kebab (pepperoncini). If that's the case then maybe a Turkish or Greek deli. They might be a bit hotter though.

They sometimes have jars of peppers that look like that in Lidl, but I don't know if they taste the same, or if you're looking for jarred ones, as opposed to fresh.

Otherwise, second the recommendation to look in a Turkish or other European/Middle Eastern supermarket.
