What's for lunch?

I tried some soup but managed a few mouthfuls (appetite is up and down) so I'm taking DD for a walk then trying some cheese and crackers and a banana.

What have you eaten, or will be eating, for lunch today?

Pouched egg on whole meal toast with lots of pepper.

Ham and cheese toasty here, it was delicious 😋

I made pea, spinach and watercress soup and had that with a chunk of buttered baguette, delicious.
Followed by a creme egg

Cheese quesadillas

Grilled cheese sandwiches with hot jalapeño chili jam x a bajillion
Nutella
Green chewy sweets

It's weird but my fave sandwich
Wafer thin ham, mayo, salad, loads of sliced gherkins on whole meal bread

I made a pasta bake (though it did cheat by using one of those dried packets with the sauce included and just threw in some ham and cheese) with salad and watermelon. Kids have really enjoyed it.

We had spelt & rye bread with Milano salami, with olives, tomatoes and cucumbers on the side.

After my nap I’m going to make a banana and bourbon cake, which we’ll have with a cup of tea later in the afternoon.

Dinner is going to be leftover lamb curry from a few days ago, with a lentil dahl that I made yesterday plus some curried cauliflower & rice.

I had scrambled eggs on toast. But I am salivating at some of these!

Trying to low carb. Minute steak and veg.
Will have an omelette later this evening. I love omelettes
