I highly recommend this recipe if you want to spice up your steak dinner

Things we have often and love are
Chicken gyros on flatbreads with sweet potato wedges
Lamb koftas with flatbreads, roasted veg and couscous
Chicken rubbed in spices, pan fried, with Patatas bravas and roasted veg
Ham enchiladas (using left over gammon from a roast),
Sausage coddle with veg (it's a james Tanner one, Dublin coddle, that I randomly saw on Lorraine a few years ago. I do it with chunks of potatoes and it's gorgeous)
Beef burritos

Then the usual, baked potatoes with salad and halloumi, fajitas, curry, bol, shepherds pie, chilli, casserole etc

@WellTidy

step I make my own sweet potato wedges, but I buy the veg fires from the supermarket. The brand is Strong Roots, they come froze. I mix the sweet potato ones with the mixed root veg ones. I think they're 25% off in waitrose this week. My eldest loves them.

If you're interested in sweet potato wedges, I cut sweet potatoes into wedges and then I coat them in a mix of olive oil, salt, paprika, onion granules, garlic granules and thyme. And then roast in the oven on a baking tray (one with small sides, or the oil will fall off and make a mess of the oven). We all really enjoy them.

Oh that's great, thank you! I make potato wedgies in a similarway,must try it with sweet potato
