I am trying to be more organised, not waste food and to cook cheap but nourishing food as i am on an economy drive.

Monday - sausages, eggs, grilled tomatoes and baked beans.

Tuesday - pasta pesto with black olives

Wednesday - chicken boodle soup (using up roast chicken I have in the freezer plus frozen carrots and broad beans.

And there I am stuck!

I'd love to know what you are planning!

Oh I love hotdogs. That will come into the rotation.
Me too, they're the only thing every single one of us eats too!

Place marking! We’re doing the same.

Today - home made spaghetti and meatballs.
Tomorrow - Teriyaki marinaded salmon with udon noodles and stirfryed veges.
Wednesday - Savoury lamb chops casserole, with mash and veg (peas, beans, broccoli, cauli, brussies, pumpkin, kumara and carrots)
Thursday - Poached chicken breasts with mash and the above vege.
Friday, assuming it's still an option, takeout. If not, then fakeout.

Tonight - lamb curry with the leftovers from yesterday’s lamb shoulder
Tuesday - burgers & chips/veg/halloumi
Wednesday - chicken fajitas/salad
Thursday - chicken stir fry
Friday - steak & chips/veg/halloumi
Saturday - homemade pizzas
Sunday - lamb koftas

I won’t eat carbs except for the pizzas so I just have loads of veg in the place of chips or rice
