Is anyone working as a maternity assistant?
How is the job?
What's a normal day like?
I've taken a new job as one and want to know a bit more about it!
I'm so excited!
Is there anything I can do in advance to prepare/ get a head start on things?

Only had 3s in my trust, with some pre MSW HCAs who were still on band 2.

Hi I know it's an older thread, but I've just applied for an antenatal support worker, and wondered how the interview goes, I had an interview a few months ago (I didn't get) and that was for the wards, so they were scenario based questions. I just wondered if this one will be the same or not, as I am trying to prepare asap ☺️
