What hobbies do you have?

I'm interested to know what other people do for fun or relaxation on their evenings/weekends/whenever they have some free time.

I start things all the time but I'm never consistent. Crochet is my latest short-lived hobby. I'd love to find a hobby that I enjoy enough to stick with. I appreciate everybody will have different interests, but I'm hoping to get some ideas!

People who do you embroidery, What kind of things do you make/what do you do with them? I am terrible at knitting etc but enjoyed embroidery as a child but every time I think about starting doing it again I wonder whether I wouldn't just be creating pointless clutter (unlike knitting where you make clothing /blankets etc). Have thought about quilting but not sure how hard that is?

I’m a crafter. I sew, cross stitch, quilt, needle felt and knit (Arm knitting is next on my list). I can do embroidery but I don’t love it, so don’t do it often. I have a hat & fascinator block and can make those with sinamay. I also have a Cricut Maker which I use to add things to clothing, bags, signs etc, I love making different types of Christmas decorations (from baubles to stocking hangers) and engraving glass. I do pyrography, customise shoes & clothing, I make lampshades, I occasionally upcycle chairs (recovering them) and intend on doing a proper upholstery course at the Ministry of Upholstery when things get better.
