My daughter has very bad reflux and I was wondering if WYSOY had made it any better and if there’s any positive experiences with it in general.

Good luck. Hope you manage to get the help you and your baby need.

Good luck. I really hope you manage to get it sorted

Good luck! I really hope you manage to get it sorted. Just keep going on at the doctors, I had to do it - I literally phoned everyday until I finally got the referral.

Good luck. I’ve been there, I totally understand the desperation!

Not read the whole thread, but have you taken videos of her in pain, and photographs of the nappies? I took this kind of evidence to my GP and my son was put on neocate. He still can’t tolerate milk at age 5!
Neocate didn’t stop the reflux unfortunately, medication did. Both of mine needed omeprazole to help with the pain.

They just told me to go hospital which is a waste of time because they said they can’t prescribe me
Hospital is almost an hour away

That was how DD1 was diagnosed as I went to the children's hospital in desperation as she was so bad. Was an absolute game changer and got us a paediatrician without having to go to the GP who was useless. I'd honestly been taking her every couple of days to the GP as she was so awful. I was only listened to when the reflux got to bad she was losing weight.
It may be a blessing in disguise OP. Tell them everything you've told us and ask them to prescribe Neocate ASAP. Thanks

I was prescribed and given formula at the hospital OP shortly after we were first seen so they definitely can prescribe.
We were monitored for a few days and they even had a milk kitchen where the bottles were especially made. We do live in a big city with a children's hospital though.
Hang in there and stay strong.
