Posting for traffic bleeding at 12 weeks.

Got my 12 week scan tomorrow, In the afternoon, just been to the toilet to find I'm bleeding and am now petrified I am having mmc, any words or wisdom?

So glad all is well, I too bled regularly throughout my second pregnancy, in fact it was the most regular I’d been in years which was not helpful.

Thanks for all your messages, I'm still bleeding brown blood, but does seem to be settling, I have been very crampy this pregnancy though! I had to have anti d up the hospital yesterday as I'm rhesus negative.
