Please give me your best pizza topping combinations

I bought an Ooni pizza oven on Black Friday and we're going to christen it this weekend (weather permitting). Thought it would be good to have some new toppings to try out!

Tuna mayonnaise and banana. Obviously Cheese and tomato as the base.

The mayo keeps the tuna from drying out. It's delicious and everyone thinks I should be shot - if they've not tried it.

Sweetcorn and pineapple with a drizzle of garlic oil.

We had a festive Christmas pizza a couple of years ago in Bella Italia and it was so nice we now create it ourselves at home.
Toppings are chunks of turkey breast, crumbled stuffing, halved pigs in blankets, quartered sprouts (fried in balsamic vinegar first) and dollops of cranberry sauce

Spicy chicken, pepperoni, sweetcorn and mixed peppers

Marmite, pineapple and blue cheese.

Tuna, green pepper, onion, sweet corn and chilli.
Parma ham, artichoke and rocket.
Olives, anchovies, capers and chilli.

Breakfast pizza, bacon, sausage, pudding, quails egg in the middle and rocket once cooked. Not sure whether you’d need to cook the bacon and pudding a bit before hand to crisp up in the ooni. The sausage you would have to. Or maybe you could use chorizo.

Spread with garlic butter before the tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil.

Goats cheese, caramelised onion and rocket.

Mozzarella and black olives

Double pepperoni, double anchovies, pineapple & bbq sauce.

This is not a joke pizza. It’s nectar.

Not a proper topping but domino’s garlic spread is divine. You must try your own concoction!

We had scratch made pizza today, we have it at least once a week. We have messed about with all manner of toppings but one of my favourites is Brie and grape with shredded mozzarella. My husband likes Lincolnshire sausages and streaky bacon with an egg in the middle. The kids are boring and tend to do salami, peppers and sweet corn. Finely sliced sizzle steak with caramelised onions is good too but no matter what toppings you go for make sure the dough is decent and made with 00 flour and evoo . Sauce doesn't need to be fancy. I just do passata , a bit of Tom purée , pinch of sugar and salt and some basil and oregano. But always always season the pizza with fresh cracked black pepper and a little grated hard Italian cheese. It really lifts it.

I like mushrooms, olives, sundried tomatoes and serrano ham.

My absolute faves -
Tomato and mozzarella sometimes with thin sliced fresh Tom as well. Sometimes with black olive and a few basil leaves.
As above with garlic marinated mushrooms.
As above with pine nuts and soaked sultanas and garlic.
Currently finding anything more a bit too much !

Artichoke and gorgonzola

Margherita base, then once out of the oven cover with fresh chopped tomatoes, rocket and parmesan shavings.

Spaghetti Bolognese. With extra cheese.
Sounds weird... But it works. I often had when I lived in Germany. They put all sorts on pizza.

I recently had a curry pizza from Asda. The base was a naan bread. The poppadoms on the pizza didn't work.

I like mozzarella, tomatoes, blue cheese and caramelised onions

But i did go to a friends who served prawns and rocket which was lovely as well
