I've been in a horrid rut recently with my binge eating and feel so uncomfortably full right now.Sad I haven't been outside for five days as my depression has been awful and I can't sleep at night but sleep all day!

Really hoping to change things tomorrow, my alarm is set for 10am and I'm planning on giving my stomach a break all day so I can rest it.

Haven't had time to go to the supermarket for a few days and there was no food in the house last night. I didn't eat any dinner and am now awake starving hungry. Got to wait until 11 for the shop to open. Bloody Sunday trading.

I am just off to the supermarket.
Lovely and quiet at this time. Not all of the UK has restrictive Sunday trading laws. 24/7 here.

My elderly Dad was taken to hospital yesterday evening with a suspected stroke.
My Mum had a stroke 3 yrs ago and is disabled. They live at home together and have carers come in to help with Mum.
So now today we will have to find a care home place for Mum as dad is clearly not going to be able to continue to care for her at home.
Also awaiting the outcome of tests for him at hospital. And thinking about where he will live once discharged.
So although I had ok sleep last night I have been up early today with a lot of stuff going round in my head.
Thankful to have sisters to help spread the load

I find myself waking at various points during the night mainly due to flashbacks and anxiety. I lost my dad 4 months ago and it was brutal and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Pickypolly · 29/11/2020 07:35

Tail end effects of burnout.
Youngest was up at about 5.30, so that woke me up. Just can’t get back off.
Nervous about starting new job tomorrow so thinking thoughts about that.
Lots of things.

twospaniels sorry you’re going through that. Good luck. Difficult times.
