My midweek routine is pretty similar to before. I used to do gym classes and running club in the evening but I'm still doing a bit of running.
Weekends however...
For me a Saturday before would have been:
-Parkrun
-breakfast or coffee with parkrun friends
-pop to the shops and see my mum
-dinner or drinks out with friends or family
I got up and ran this morning but back and showered by 10am.
I've pretty much spent the rest of the day on MN and I don't like it.
DH and I will go for a walk tomorrow but there's a limit to how many times a week that's fun. It was OK in the summer when I could easily while away an afternoon pottering in the garden and an early glass of wine in the sunshine seems much more acceptable than one in front of the TV
