Can we still present at a&e?

Had severe pain all evening. It's just as bad this morning and I'm struggling to move/crying it it. Had major op 7 weeks ago so more concerned than usually would be . A&E?

Oh glad you went OP. I had a kidney infection once, felt bloody awful so hope the antibiotics kick in quickly for you.

They think it could be because I haven't been emptying my bladder fully due to the pain from the OP
