I'm getting a very large freezer on Monday which will be in the garage.
Hit me with suggestions on filling it up.

We have three freezers and a whiteboard that keeps track of what we have and where it is.

Roughly though it’s:
One and a half pigs
Half a lamb
A goose
A few ducks
About forty wood pigeons
A couple of pheasants

I have 3 freezers Grin
Inside is individual portions of sausages, meatballs, burgers, tomato sauce, chicken nuggets, home made pizza dough. Easy teas for DS.
Frozen oven chips, sweet potato fries, waffles, hash browns and roast potatoes.
Chopped onions and peppers. Frozen peas. Frozen broccoli, spinach and cauliflower cheese.
Fish fingers, squid, scampi
Chicken Kievs
Paneer blocks, chopped chorizo and pancetta
Ice cream
Outside 1:
Batch cooked meals
Brexit stash of frozen fruit, veg, meat and fish. Grated cheese, butter.
Outside 2:
Ready meal type things from the farm shop
Christmas stash of stuffing, pigs in blankets, sprouts, smoked salmon and a nice chocolatey pudding.
Lots more I can’t remember.

Currently in mine there is half a (small) cow, 1 half each of two different lambs, probably quarter of a pig. Lots of ice cream and frozen chips and batch cooked meals, a deer head with antlers wrapped in a binliner, a couple of ducks and one pheasant.

It's a large freezer.

I feel like our freezers would be friends.

When I make cookies I always put a log of cookie dough in the freezer, so we can have cookies at short notice.
Chicken breasts
mince
frozen berries (great for porridge or more importantly a g&t.
Green beans
Peas
Popcorn chicken
Salmon portions
Fries
Also have several home made meals such as chilli, butter chicken curry & spag Bol as my dh batch cooks those once a month.

I have three under counter freezers with drawers.

One is full of home made ready meals for easy meals and emergencies. I have about a month’s worth on there. It’s usually about a fortnight’s worth but ramped it up during first lockdown in case Covid struck.

One is full of fruits, veggies and baked goods- lots of tubs of tomato sauce I made in the summer. Lots of cinnamon sugar doughnuts. Gaps are stuffed with tattie scones.

And the final one is meat, fish and chicken- one drawer of each. Fish is trout, sockeye salmon and seabass. Meat is mostly lamb and pork with some steaks thrown in. Chicken is all mini fillets for quick and easy defrosting.

Garage Chest freezer -currently holds frozen stock for soup/risottos, veg/fruit from neighbours excess, ice cream maker bowl, half a salmon, some meat, M&S picky bits and mostly my dogs frozen food - raw fed. Small kitchen one has green veg/leftover meal portions/fish fingers/sliced sourdough/raspberries/ice cream.

I only have a medium freezer, so I have to be a bit selective.
If I had more space, I'd fill it with bread and milk - we always seem to run out.

I have
croissants, pastry, one loaf of bread, garlic bread, crumpets, muffins.
Peas, green beans, sprouts, spinach, chopped garlic, chopped herbs, thick chips, thin chips, waffles, hash browns, butternut squash.
Mince(pork and beef), sausages, sausage meat, breaded fish, fish pie mix. Quick things like chicken goujins, veg burgers, filled pasta.
Ice cream, ice lollies, frozen raspberries.
