Good hand cream for very dry hands

I have to be very honest, I never washed my hands as often as I do now and my hands have never been as dry, so could anyone recommend a hand cream for dry hands?

I wasn't impressed with Mane n Tail.
Horses for courses (sorry I couldn't resist).

Change from liquid handsoap to a bar of soap wherever possible. Much, much less drying. Has transformed my child’s bleeding chapped hands.
